Shipping Policy

At TrendifyPK, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping practices and timelines.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 is charged on each order (unless stated otherwise during promotions).

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days (depending on your location).

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status on our courier partner’s website.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
