1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain items (such as hygiene products, cosmetics, or custom orders) may not be eligible for returns. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. Return Process

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items unless the product is defective or wrongly sent.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges

We can replace defective or damaged items with the same item (if available).

If the replacement item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement or refund as soon as possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
