1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items (such as hygiene products, cosmetics, or custom orders) may not be eligible for returns. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


2. Return Process

  • Email us at trendifypk87@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return procedure.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items unless the product is defective or wrongly sent.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Exchanges

  • We can replace defective or damaged items with the same item (if available).

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund as soon as possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and certain hygiene-sensitive products (if mentioned on the product page) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
